Procurement Analyst (Finance)

As a Procurement Analyst for our UK based property lettings business clients, your role will involve managing and optimizing utility services. You will be responsible for supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and contract management to ensure compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to secure competitive utility pricing and implement cost-saving strategies. - Maintain accurate records of all utility transactions and generate reports for analysis. - Review tax rules to identify applicable relief for tenants and properties. Qualification Required: - Experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, or Supply Chain with expertise in cost analysis, contract negotiation, and supplier evaluation. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to monitor costs, identify savings, and enhance efficiency. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and procurement tools/software. - Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and efficiently handle multiple tasks.
