Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, including buildings, equipment, and utilities. Conduct regular inspections, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs or replacements. Enforce health and safety standards to create a safe work environment. Oversee housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises. Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
