Job Description

Role Overview: As the Enterprise Process Governance Lead, your primary responsibility is to propose and maintain an effective end-to-end (E2E) governance framework. This includes overseeing process taxonomy, ownership, roles & responsibilities, process design quality standards, and documentation of business policies, rules, risks, and controls in process maps. You will be instrumental in developing solutions for implementing standards, delivering training, ensuring compliance, and communicating with Global Process Leads (GPLs). Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Process Governance, you will play a crucial role in the Process Excellence organization. Key Responsibilities: - Propose and maintain standards for process taxonomy, process ownership, roles, and responsibilities to ensure completeness, quality, clear definition, and E2E connection of process taxonomy. Timely communicate adoption visibility. - Propose and maintain standards for process design, modeling, and documentation, including Business Policies and Rules, Risks and Controls. Ensure timely creation, review, updates, communication, and adoption visibility. - Train GPL organization on utilizing the above standards when designing, modeling, and documenting E2E processes. - Define and communicate Process Maturity levels for GPL domains to progress through the process excellence journey. - Track and communicate the progress of process standardization across the entire Enterprise Landscape, focusing on both hard artifacts and softer measures like role-modeling. - Establish KPIs and measurements for Process Quality Performance Management to assess and manage individual process performance. - Conduct frequent process maturity assessments to identify areas for improvement and enable continuous enhancement within the GPL organization. - Provide necessary inputs for effective process board utilization as a resolution body for critical business policies, rules, risks, controls compliance, and to accelerate process standardization. Qualifications Required: - MBA or MS with 10+ years of relevant experience in a digitally advanced, global setting. - Proven track record in overseeing design, implementation, and management of large complex transformation governance organizations. - Experience in E2E process transformation and process management. - Proficiency in managing business model transformation through process, data, and technology. - Strong understanding of technology and data in both legacy and modern environments.
