Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Trainer located in Mumbai. The Process Trainer will be responsible for identifying training needs, conducting new hire training, and delivering engaging presentations. The trainer must also analyze training effectiveness and communicate effectively with trainees and stakeholders to ensure successful knowledge transfer and skill development. Qualifications Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training skills, TNI,TNA,TTT,OJT Proficiency in Presentation and Communication skills Strong Analytical Skills Minimum 1 year on paper Process trainer experince International BPO Experince Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Experience in the digital business services industry is a plus Open to work in rotational shift 5 Days working/2 rotational off Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field Job location : Goregaon Show more Show less
