Job Summary: The Process Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and facilitating training programs related to specific processes and procedures within the organization. This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively, thereby driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. Location: [Chennai] Department: [ Voice process , Academic counselor] Salary : Experienced person based on last CTC Experience: 1 to 3 years Key Responsibilities: Training Development: Design and develop training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to various processes within the organization. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars that cater to diverse learning styles. Utilize various training methods, such as hands-on demonstrations, e-learning, and role-playing. Assessment and Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Continuously evaluate and improve training materials and methods based on participant feedback and changing business needs. Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are well-versed in company processes and culture. Provide ongoing support and resources to help new hires acclimate to their roles. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress. Prepare reports on training outcomes and suggest improvements or modifications as needed. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to training and process management. Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a trainer, facilitator, or educator, preferably in a process-driven environment. Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess training needs and adapt content accordingly. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS). Preferred Skills: Certification in training/facilitation methodologies (e.g., CPTD, ATD, etc.).
