Department:

MSc (28 years experience)
PhD (0–3 years experience)

Role Overview:

The candidate will support process development activities for API and intermediates, ensuring robustness, scalability, and regulatory compliance throughout development stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute
process development
for new and existing synthetic routes.
Perform
scale-up activities
for APIs in collaboration with manufacturing teams.
Optimize reaction conditions, purification strategies, and yield improvements.
Conduct scientific experiments, analyze data, and prepare technical reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during laboratory operations.
Support technology transfer to pilot plants and manufacturing units.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of organic chemistry and process chemistry.
Hands-on experience in scale-up and tech-transfer activities.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize chemical processes.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
