Job Description

ERP Transformation Support - Procurement Data & Migration ( PM+)

Responsibilities

Conduct data hygiene activities focused on procurement records, including vendor master data, catalog items, PO history, and contract metadata.
Identify and cleanse duplicate, incomplete, or outdated data across procurement systems prior to ERP migration.
Assist in mapping procurement data fields from legacy systems (Oracle, Coupa) to the target ERP system structure.
Collaborate with the ERP transformation team to validate procurement-related data conversion logic and test results.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios related to procurement processes.
Document procurement workflows and system dependencies to ensure alignment during system transition.
Track and resolve data migration issues or anomalies in coordination with IT and ERP leads.
Maintain data migration logs and audit trails to support compliance and rollback needs.
Work with procurement stakeholders to ensure key data elements (e.g., supplier terms, spend categories) are preserved and accurately translated.
Support change management efforts by contributing to procurement-specific training and communications around the new ERP platform.
