Process Manager (At-Home Vet Services) Internship in Bangalore

We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented candidate to join our growing at-home services team at Supertails. You’ll be responsible for managing & optimising the home services process. You'll be owning operational processes that ensure efficiency, consistency, and a smooth experience for both our pet parents and field teams. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Design & implement processes: Build SOPs (standard operating procedures) for daily operations, home visits, feedback loops, and vendor coordination. Monitor & optimize operations: Track how our processes perform on the ground, identify bottlenecks, and constantly look for ways to simplify and improve. Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with on-ground teams, customer support, marketing, and tech to ensure seamless operations. Quality assurance: Design and enforce checks to ensure services are delivered with consistency and quality. Documentation & reporting: Maintain clean documentation of workflows and generate weekly/monthly reports for leadership review.
