Process Executive

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Payable tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments to servicers and technicians. Handle Accounts Receivable operations by coordinating with Title companies, Buyer Agents, Realtors, and other third parties to collect payment details. Communicate professionally with clients and external stakeholders via calls, emails, and Slack to resolve payment-related queries and discrepancies. Maintain and update records accurately for seamless payment processing. Follow up on pending payments and address any issues related to AP/AR transactions. Work across US and Non-US business hours , adjusting shifts as needed to accommodate work requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while maintaining organized financial records. Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work in split shifts (5-6 hours in the day and 2-3 hours in the evening for client calls). Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage payment records effectively. Time management skills to meet deadlines and adapt to changing schedules. Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions. Prior experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Slack, etc.).
