Process Executive

Job Title: Process Executive Location: Trichy Company: GCBS Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 (based on skills and experience) Job Summary: We are looking for a Data Entry Operator with an Accounts background to support our accounts team in maintaining accurate financial records. The role primarily involves entering data related to invoices, bills, vouchers and other accounting documents into our system. Key Responsibilities: Enter financial and accounting data into the system accurately Update records related to purchases, sales, receipts, and payments Maintain organized digital and physical files of accounting documents Support the accounts team with basic reconciliation and checks Ensure timely and error-free data entry of daily transactions Requirements: Basic knowledge of accounting terms and documents Familiarity with Excel and/or Tally (training can be provided if needed) Good typing speed and attention to detail Educational background in B.Com, BBA (Accounts) or related field preferred Freshers with accounting knowledge are also welcome Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
