We have an opening for a Process Design Engineer Vacancy for: Process Design Engineer (Permanent) Location: Gurgaon Experience: 10 Years Job Description: Preparation and review of all kinds of process engineering deliverables. Experience in process design of O&G and Chemical projects in an EPC environment. Experience in PFD and P&ID development, equipment sizing, system hydraulic calculations, and safety valve. Process engineering calculations, Preparation, and checking of process engineering deliverables, Clear concept of basics (basic calculation, thumb rule of Chemical Engineering) Utility balance and calculations. Familiarization with Process Simulation software applications like Aspen Plus, HYSYS, HTRI etc. Knowledge about the development of equipment and instrument datasheet. Possess good knowledge of safety meetings such as HAZOP etc. Interface with Leads of other departments to reflect the as-on-date input from others. Ensure quality by adherence to the companys quality document. Communicating with Customers (as and when required) and vendor for effective resolution of the various technical issues being faced
