Job Description

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes. Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and reduce costs. Monitor process performance and identify areas for optimization. Collaborate with other engineers and production staff to ensure smooth operations. Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions. Conduct process validation and qualification activities. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Must have 1 year exp with any packaging organisation. 1. Ready to work in Shifts (For Female only 1st shift) 2. Its a permanent role 3. Basic knowledge of Mechanical field. Benefits: a.
