Job Description

To follow the cGMP, GLP, GDP and Instruction given by senior to perform daily experiment, other general activity as per plan. To issue Raw material from warehouse and maintain consumption record. To Keep timely recording of experiments in lab Notebook. To collect data and observation for all allocated experimental work and update to seniors. Critical parameters study of ongoing products of lab and existing products of plants. Participate in the troubleshooting of different ongoing problems of production and identify Route cause for OOS, OOT, Deviation & Incident. Involve in Solvent saving projects by evaluating process for area of losses & optimizing the recovery process. To work out cost reduction or improving idea for existing product through scientific rational and ensure record of all the lab experiment in designated LNB. To guide and trouble shoot all technical problem encounter during process development and allocate Lab work.
