Job Description: Process Coordinator – Sweet Line

Position: Process Coordinator
Salary Range: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Monthly Off: 04
Meals: 1 time meal provided by company
Transport: Pick & Drop Service Provided
Annual Benefits:

• Yearly Increment: 8% to 10%
• Yearly Bonus: 25%

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily production and process activities in the sweet line.
• Ensure smooth workflow between production, packaging, dispatch, and sales teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of process reports, daily output, and stock status.
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Check quality standards and ensure hygiene & safety guidelines are followed.
• Communicate with team leaders, supervisors, and management for updates.
• Resolve minor operational issues and escalate major concerns to seniors.
• Support in process improvement and efficiency enhancement.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate/Bsc in HM preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, WhatsApp reporting).
• Ability to handle routine operational follow-ups.
• Experience in sweets/food manufacturing will be an added advantage.
