Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and track process-related activities between departments. Maintain records and documentation related to ongoing processes and reports. Update internal trackers, logs, and dashboards regularly (e.g., Excel, ERP, Google Sheets). Follow up with departments or teams to ensure process compliance and timely updates. Assist in the implementation of new procedures or workflow changes. Identify basic issues or bottlenecks and report them to seniors. Provide support for audits, process inspections, and documentation reviews. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to share updates or collect information.
