Your Role:
Be the go-to link between teams — ensuring smooth execution, clear communication & timely deliverables for our conferences, publications, and campaigns.
You’ll Handle:
● Coordinate across sales, marketing, content, design, and operations teams.
● Maintain project timelines, trackers, and weekly reports.● Support documentation, client deliverables, and billing coordination.● Identify bottlenecks and improve internal workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
● 2–5 years’ experience in coordination or operations roles (media/events preferred).
● Excellent communication and follow-up skills.● Strong command over Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).● A proactive, disciplined team player who thrives under deadlines.
