Role & responsibilities Schedule and Calendar Management: Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with internal and external parties. Communication: Handling the CEO's email, phone calls, and other communications, acting as a filter and gatekeeper. Meeting Coordination: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Research and Report Preparation: Conducting research, preparing reports, and presentations as needed. Project Support: Assisting with various projects and tasks as assigned by the CEO. Confidentiality: Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Expense Management: Assisting with expense reports and other paperwork. Liaison: Acting as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or external contacts. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues proactively. Workflow Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement in administrative processes and workflows. Preferred candidate profile Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal communication skills are crucial. Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proactive and Initiative-Taking: Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with CRM or other relevant software: Familiarity with CRM or other relevant software can be beneficial. Experience in a fast-paced environment: Experience in a fast-paced environment is often preferred.
