Process Coordinator

The Floor Incharge is responsible for supervising daily operations on the assigned floor, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining discipline, monitoring employee performance, and achieving production/retail targets. The role requires strong leadership, coordination skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:1. Floor Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the floor to ensure work is carried out efficiently.
• Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to team members based on priorities.
• Ensure that production/retail targets and timelines are met.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards on the floor.

2. Team Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise staff, resolve queries, and provide guidance as required.
• Conduct briefings at the beginning of each shift.
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and punctuality of the team.
• Train new employees on floor processes and protocols.

3. Quality Control

• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Report any defects or deviations immediately to the concerned department.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals.

4. Inventory & Material Management

• Ensure availability of raw materials, tools, and resources required for operations.
• Track material usage and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the store and procurement teams for timely replenishment.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily reports on productivity, attendance, floor issues, and output.
• Report breakdowns, delays, and operational challenges to management.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports when needed.

6. Compliance & Safety

• Enforce company policies, SOPs, and compliance rules.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by all employees.
• Report accidents, incidents, or violations immediately.

• Understanding of production/retail processes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reports, attendance tracking)

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in floor supervision (retail/production/operations).
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
