Process & Change Management Specialist APMEA Region - Continuous Improvement and Systems Team

You are a skilled and experienced Process & Change Management Specialist sought for the APMEA region to join the dynamic TTL Global Continuous Improvement & Systems Team at Hitachi Energy. Your main responsibilities include supporting continuous improvement initiatives with a regional perspective, leading the implementation of SAP TM in different countries, assisting regional end users with system adoption, collaborating with the SAP COE Team for business process input, participating in testing for regional scenarios, and supporting carrier BN4L onboarding and system usage. Additionally, you will ensure system compliance, identify internal training needs, analyze data and gather feedback for improvements, demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity. To be successful in this role, you should possess a university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar field, have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP TM and SAP systems, expertise in SAP BN4L, SAP P2P, and Q2C modules, strong stakeholder & change management skills, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive approach, ability to work independently and as part of a global team, and project management experience is an added advantage. Furthermore, familiarity with SAP GTS and Trade knowledge would be beneficial, and knowledge of taxation rules in the APMEA region is advantageous.
