Role Overview: As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements. Your role will involve understanding business process workflow logic and conceptualizing automated solutions using industry-standard tools and frameworks. You will utilize AI technologies such as ML, NLP, and GenAI to deliver automation solutions, integrating AI with RPA for end-to-end automation. Additionally, you will be involved in thorough testing of automation solutions, creating and maintaining detailed documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, deploying automation solutions, monitoring performance, and staying updated on industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and process improvements. - Conceptualize automated solutions using AI technologies like ML, NLP, and GenAI. - Integrate AI with RPA for end-to-end automation. - Test automation solutions thoroughly and troubleshoot issues for reliability and performance. - Create and maintain detailed documentation for workflows, processes, and functionalities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align automation solutions with business needs. - Deploy automation solutions into production environments and provide support. - Monitor performance and system health, optimizing efficiency as needed. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies for automation enhancement. Qualifications Required: - University Graduate in CSE/IT/EEE/ECE or equivalent. - 6 to 8 years of experience with 4+ years in developing automation solutions using Python, ML, GenAI, and RPA. - Advanced or Master certification in RPA (preferably in Automation Anywhere A360) and AI technologies. - Experience in maintaining RPA environments. - Hands-on experience in SQL and power apps is an advantage. - Understanding of data structures, algorithms, ML model validation, and software engineering principles. - Experience in Process Analysis, Design, Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System Testing. - Passion for high-quality code and following best practices in software development.
