Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Valsad for a Process Automation Manager. The Process Automation Manager will oversee the implementation and maintenance of automation systems to optimize manufacturing processes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing current processes, identifying areas for automation, designing and testing automation systems, and ensuring seamless integration with existing operations. The role also involves supervising and training staff on new systems, troubleshooting automation issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in automation systems, including designing, testing, and implementing automated processes
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining automation equipment
  • Experience with process analysis and optimization
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in electrical contact materials, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field
