Job Description

As a Process Associate in the Order to Cash department at Genpact, your role involves deep understanding and daily operations maintenance to meet SLA requirements. You will be responsible for solving cash application queries and coordinating with customers effectively. Your key responsibilities include: - Making collection calls, sending invoices via email/fax or mail as per customer requests - Identifying and rectifying unidentified cash, managing end-to-end cash application process - Processing cash applications accurately and confidentially at assigned sites - Resolving customer/internal disputes, questions, and collaborating across departments for resolutions - Reconciling orders, validating credits or debits, and coordinating with customers for collections or refunds Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: - Graduation in Commerce (B.Com) - Freshers with good English language skills (verbal and written) Preferred qualifications: - Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm with a workforce of over 125,000 individuals across 30+ countries.
