Process Associate - Operations

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Process Associate to manage day-to-day operations, assist with order management, and ensure the smooth execution of our services. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of event bookings, from order confirmation to service delivery.
• Coordinate with the operations and decoration teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders.
• Monitor and maintain records of orders, client communications, and event schedules.
• Address customer inquiries and provide support through phone, email, and chat.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving any operational issues promptly.
• Assist in optimizing operational processes for greater efficiency.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, process management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the events or e-commerce industry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and operational software.
