Process Associate - Non Voice

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Non-Voice Process Executive. The role involves handling customer queries, support requests, and operational tasks via email, chat, or other digital communication channels rather than phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries through emails, chat, and other digital platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve issues related to orders, accounts, services, or products following defined SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and response timelines.
• Generate reports and provide insights on customer trends and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum [10+2 / Graduation] in any discipline.
• Excellent written communication skills in English (and other languages if required).
• Good typing speed (30–40 WPM or as per requirement).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Email, Chat tools).

Preferred Attributes:

• Previous experience in a non-voice customer support or data entry role is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems.
• Ability to work in shifts if required.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 per month
