The candidate will be responsible for handling Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations. This role is ideal for freshers and individuals with up to 2 years of experience in data processing, insurance operations, or back-office support. Key Responsibilities: Process P&C insurance-related transactions as per client requirements. Perform data entry, validation, and verification with high accuracy. Handle policy endorsements, claims processing, and policy issuance tasks. Maintain and update records in the system as per defined guidelines. Communicate with internal teams to resolve queries related to insurance policies. Adhere to company policies and industry compliance standards. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within service level agreements (SLAs). Should have good typing speed of (minimum net speed of 25 WPM) Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 0 to 2 years in insurance processes, back-office operations, or data processing. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Soft Skills: Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. Preferred: Prior experience in P&C insurance or knowledge of insurance processes will be an advantage.
