Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects across Pharma, Biotech, API, R&D, and other regulated facility types.
  • Develop conceptual layouts, capacity plans, equipment sizing, and mass/energy balances.
  • Coordinate with clients for scope understanding, requirement analysis, scheduling, and progress reviews.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and man-hour control to ensure delivery within budget and timeline.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and finance to ensure project and invoicing milestones are met.
  • Generate technical documentation, project reports, and ensure effective interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Drive procurement assistance and vendor development to support project execution.
