Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering projects across Pharma, Biotech, API, R&D, and other regulated facility types.
Develop conceptual layouts, capacity plans, equipment sizing, and mass/energy balances.
Coordinate with clients for scope understanding, requirement analysis, scheduling, and progress reviews.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and man-hour control to ensure delivery within budget and timeline.
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and finance to ensure project and invoicing milestones are met.
Generate technical documentation, project reports, and ensure effective interdisciplinary coordination.
Drive procurement assistance and vendor development to support project execution.
