About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PRO Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong ability to handle documentation, translation, and communication tasks with accuracy and professionalism. This role involves supporting operations related to Saudi Arabia-specific portals and government procedures, ensuring smooth processing and compliance across all activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, translate, and review official documents between Arabic and English, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Assist in managing and updating content on Saudi Arabia-specific online portals and platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate government-related documentation and submissions.
• Maintain precise and organized records while ensuring all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Actively participate in team meetings, training programs, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the company’s professional and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Fresh graduates with excellent language and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Translation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Other: Must be immediately available and willing to relocate to Ernakulam.
