PRO Trainee ( Arabic Translator)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PRO Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, capable of managing documentation, translation, and communication tasks with accuracy and professionalism. This role involves supporting activities related to Saudi Arabia-specific portals and government procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing, translating, and reviewing official documents between Arabic and English, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
• Support the management and updating of content on Saudi Arabia-specific portals and online platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to process government-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all submissions comply with relevant policies and regulations.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company standards and professional ethics.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0–2 years; fresh graduates with strong communication and language skills are welcome to apply.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Translation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Other: Immediate availability and willingness to relocate to Ernakulam.
