Maintain and update customer information in the database. Maintain call logs and reports daily. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Hindi(Must) and/or regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, telugu). Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred. Qualification: Minimum PUC / Graduate in any discipline.
