PRM L1 Support

As a Base24 Architect/Designer, your role will involve: - Demonstrating expertise in Key Products such as Base24-Classic and/or Base24-EPS, with at least 1 year of experience in an architect/designer level position - Possessing strong knowledge of ATM and POS device handlers, as well as ISO message formats, ATM development, testing, and expert knowledge of ATM's config files - Providing design solutions, working with different modules, and making tactical decisions that impact the business - Having in-depth knowledge of Enscribe, Enform, XPNET 3.0+, UPI, XML, SQL, TACL & TAL Other responsibilities include: - Utilizing strong troubleshooting and application-level debug skills - Supporting projects throughout all life cycle stages, including Requirements analysis, Testing, System Integration, User Acceptance Testing, and Maintenance - Working closely with users/clients to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes - Researching and evaluating alternative solutions, and making recommendations - Communicating effectively in written and spoken English for Technical communication - Adapting to changing priorities and collaborating with a distributed team Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies.
