Job Description: Private Equity Head Position Title: Head of Private Equity Location: Delhi Position Summary: The Head of Private Equity will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the private equity division, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, as well as managing and optimizing portfolio companies. This role requires a deep understanding of the private equity landscape, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful investments and exits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Compliance and Risk Management: Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field. • Strong track record of successful investments and exits. • Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment . • Extensive network within the private equity and investment community. Experience: • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within [TMT, Banking, Insurance sectors] in Big Three (management consultancies) • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing investment teams. • Proven ability to source, evaluate, and execute complex investment transactions . • Experience in managing and optimizing portfolio companies for growth and profitability.
