The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth and private banking, with a proven track record of building and managing relationships with high net worth individuals. As a Private Banker, you will be responsible for providing personalized banking and investment services to our First Private clients, while also driving business growth and revenue for the bank. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice on banking, investment, and wealth management products and services Proactively identify opportunities to grow the First Private client base and increase revenue for the bank Collaborate with other departments, such as Wealth Management and Investment Banking, to provide a comprehensive suite of financial services to clients Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures Represent the bank at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the First Private brand Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth and private banking, with a proven track record of managing high net worth clients Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and wealth management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues Proven sales and business development skills, with a focus on driving revenue and growth Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking industry Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed If you are a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for wealth and private banking, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at IDFC FIRST Bank.
