We are looking for a SAP Cloud Solution Architect to design and implement an SAP instance with a separate web service on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. This role involves technical architecture, migration, security, and monitoring, with a strong focus on high availability and cost efficiency.Responsibilities:Cloud Architecture & PlanningDesign and develop the SAP HANA cloud architecture on Azure, AWS, or Google CloudSelect and scale SAP-certified cloud resourcesDefine networking and security strategiesOptimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliabilityIntegrate web services & middleware technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, serverless computing)Implementation & MigrationDeploy and configure SAP HANA databases and application serversAutomate cloud deployments using Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormationImplement security and compliance best practices (IAM, firewalls, DDoS protection)Execute data migrations and optimize SAP systemsOperations & OptimizationEstablish monitoring and logging systems (Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, GCP Operations Suite)Optimize cloud infrastructure and database performanceImplement backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategiesIdentify cost-saving opportunities through auto-scaling, reserved instances, and serverless technologiesCollaboration & Knowledge SharingWork closely with SAP consultants, developers, and cloud engineersSupport cross-functional teams in implementing cloud solutionsDocument and train IT teams on best practicesRequired Skills & Experience:Proven expertise in cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP) for SAP HANA & web servicesStrong experience in SAP Basis administration and cloud migrationsHands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE) and serverless technologiesProficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation)Solid understanding of networking and security architectures (IAM, VPN, Private Link, firewall, WAF)Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)Knowledge of SAP HANA database tuningCertifications in Azure, AWS, GCP, or SAP are a plusSoft Skills:Analytical mindset and structured work approachSelf-motivated and solution-orientedStrong communication skills and team spirit
