Role Description

Printer & Photocopier Cartridge Refilling Technician

The technician will be responsible for:

• Refilling and repairing laser printer cartridges
• Diagnosing and resolving printer & photocopier issues
• On-site visits for service and troubleshooting
• Maintaining service records and reporting
• Ensuring quality checks and proper functioning after service
• Supporting the team in daily service operations

The role requires hands-on skills, responsibility, and a willingness to learn new technologies in the printing industry.

Qualifications:

• 10th/12th Pass

• Basic knowledge of printers & photocopiers (training can be provided)

• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

• Ability to work on-site and travel locally

• Good communication & problem-solving skills

• Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly behavior
