Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the Jaspersoft Customer Success team, your primary focus will be on building strong and trusted relationships with clients to ensure their success with Jaspersoft products. Working closely with the Customer Success Manager, you will provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, aiming to drive adoption and expansion. Your responsibilities will include customer engagement, training initiatives, community development, and technical delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients to build trust. - Own and deliver high-impact programs, turning strategy into actionable plans. - Demonstrate expertise and leadership in program management, coaching teams, and delivering results. - Act as a thought leader and product expert across relevant Jaspersoft products. - Provide technical support including planning, workshops, architecture design, deployment, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with internal teams to assist clients and influence key feature decisions. - Identify and communicate upsell opportunities to Customer Success Manager. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Jaspersoft Digital Library & Community sites. - Provide engagement status reports to stakeholders and log activities. Qualifications: - 12+ years of experience in software development or solutions architecture with customer interaction. - Proven experience in program leadership and executive communication. - Strong technical aptitude with expertise in JAVA, web development, cloud deployments, and relational databases. - Broad knowledge of Jaspersoft capabilities, technology trends, and problem-solving skills. - Customer management skills, persuasive communication, and strong interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master's degree preferred. - Proficiency in English required; knowledge of additional languages a plus. - Ability to travel occasionally to meet with customers.
