Kindly find below the job description: Identify & develop in-house technical expertise; Participate in promotional exhibitions and showcase technical capabilities to the customers. Working in-sync with cross functional teams Improve technical and scientific capacities & capabilities of the team as per business need; Facilitate required training in different technical areas; Identify & mitigate the risk; Support Key Account Management (KAM) strategy with technical inputs IN ORDER TO keep team/facility ready for any upcoming projects. Guide the teams to ensure conformity to the processes, quality systems, safety, health and environment; Facilitate creation of new quality systems as per the need of facility / projects Evaluation of new study request for feasibilities and liaison with Facility Management, project management and business teams for preparing competitive study quotes for study proposals. Planning with Facility Management and IT teams in developing, restructuring or upgrading infrastructure facilities and helping technical teams in validating testing capabilities and process improvements, identification of training needs for special competencies/skills and arranging necessary trainings in order to maintain a State of Art lab facility Capability Building-Recruit, Upskill, Develop, engage and retain talent with desired capabilities, Succession Planning, Internal Progression. Identify and engage pipeline for critical roles.
