Job Description

As a Principal specializing in Responsible AI Operationalization at Schneider Electric, your role will involve driving the Responsible AI strategy and operationalization plan, collaborating with cyber, Data Risk, and Legal teams, and stakeholders to ensure that AI projects are developed, deployed, and maintained responsibly. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Draft and co-create RAI operationalization plan, including key milestones, deliverables, and timelines aligned with upcoming regulatory changes - Assist in building Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the overall workstream and sub workstreams like RAI Training - Work with cross-functional teams to understand program requirements and identify Responsible AI technical considerations - Conduct Responsible AI impact assessments for both external and internal AI use cases - Provide technical expertise in designing and implementing Responsible AI frameworks to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations - Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions responsibly - Stay informed on Responsible AI Regulation and Standards and help stakeholders stay updated Qualifications required for this role include: - Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and AI algorithms - Experience in implementing Responsible AI practices, frameworks, and tools - Experience in developing and deploying AI models - Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI, such as fairness, transparency, privacy, explainability, and accountability - Familiarity with data privacy regulations and standards, like GDPR - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address Responsible AI concerns - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams - Strong commitment to promoting Responsible AI practices - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related fields is a plus - Proficiency in English is required Soft skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Customer-oriented with a service-oriented attitude, being flexible, personable, and approachable - Proficient in stakeholder management - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey security principles, policies, and procedures - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to handle and maintain confidential information This is a full-time position at Schneider Electric.,
