Principal QA Automation

As a Principal QA Automation at Dario, you will play a crucial role in owning the design, implementation, and evolution of test automation strategies across mobile, web, and backend platforms. Your contributions will drive quality engineering excellence, lead automation initiatives, and ensure fast, reliable, and scalable software delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the test automation strategy, vision, and roadmap across platforms (web, mobile, backend, APIs). - Design and implement scalable and maintainable automation frameworks using industry-standard tools and custom solutions. - Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless execution of automated tests. - Mentor and guide automation engineers across teams, promoting best practices in test design, code quality, and review processes. - Integrate automation into agile development processes, enabling early bug detection and reducing release cycle time. - Evaluate new tools and technologies to continuously enhance automation coverage and execution speed. - Collaborate with QA, DevOps, product, and development teams to ensure alignment on quality goals. - Take ownership of automation for apps involving advanced integrations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of proven hands-on experience as an Automation Engineer, with a strong track record of implementing successful automation strategies. - Proficiency in Java/Python. - Strong experience with Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Rest assured for Backend automation, or equivalent tools for mobile and web automation. - Deep understanding of software testing principles, QA methodologies, and test strategy design. - Experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. - Experience with automation for apps that use Bluetooth is a strong advantage.,
