Key Responsibilities: Academic Leadership: Ensure high-quality academic delivery, curriculum planning, and implementation of best educational practices. Administration & Management: Oversee college operations, faculty management, student affairs, and policy implementation. Staff Development: Recruit, mentor, and manage faculty and support staff to maintain high teaching standards. Student Success: Foster a conducive learning environment, address student concerns, and implement student development programs. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to PU Board regulations and other statutory requirements. Parental & Community Engagement: Maintain strong communication with parents, students, and the broader community. Infrastructure & Resource Management: Oversee infrastructure development, budgeting, and resource allocation for college operations. Key Requirements: Proven experience in PU / Pre-University College academic leadership. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to implement innovative teaching methodologies. Experience in faculty recruitment, training, and performance management. Knowledge of latest educational trends, NEP guidelines, and assessment methodologies. Ability to build a positive college culture and maintain discipline.
