Job Description

You have must M.Pharm degree with 5 year experiences. The Pharmacy Principal is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, managing staff, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, optimizing service delivery, and promoting patient safety and quality care. This role combines leadership, management, and expertise in pharmacy practice. Key Responsibilities: Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Manage inventory, including procurement, storage, and distribution of pharmaceuticals. Ensure the proper storage and handling of medications in compliance with regulatory standards. Implement and monitor systems for dispensing medications, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to patients. Team Leadership and Staff Management: Lead, train, and manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other support personnel. Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide professional development opportunities for staff.
