Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Fund & Investment Management

  :
• Manage Category I, II, and III AIFs, including portfolio construction, risk management, and investor onboarding.
• Develop and execute investment strategies, conduct market research, and evaluate investee funds/managers.
• Act as Fund Manager for domestic and global schemes; oversee portfolio performance and adjustments.

• Regulatory & Compliance

  :
• Ensure compliance with IFSCA, SEZ, PMLA, AML/CFT, KYC, and FIU-IND regulations.
• Serve as Designated Director (FIU-IND) and Compliant Redressal Appellate Officer (CRAO).
• Lead regulatory filings, investor complaint resolution, and board/audit committee interactions.

• Business Operations & Governance

  :
• Oversee branch administration, operational management, and fund accounting.
• Collaborate with trustees, custodians, bankers, tax advisors, and legal counsel to ensure smooth fund operations.
• Develop product materials (PPM, contribution agreements, factsheets) and assist in scheme structuring.

• Stakeholder Engagement

  :
• Represent the firm in regulatory forums, conferences, and industry panels.
• Support relationship managers and product teams in addressing client and product-related queries.

Requirements:

• 1- 3years of experience in wealth management, fund management, or investment advisory.
• Strong knowledge of AIFs, IFSCA regulations, SEZ compliances, and international fund structures.
• Proven experience in managing private equity, venture capital, fixed income, and credit investments.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Advanced qualification (CA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent) preferred
