Job Description

Role Overview: You are invited to apply for the role of Principal Consultant, SAP APO at Genpact. As a SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) professional with a specialization in Demand Planning, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining statistical forecasting models within SAP APO, generating accurate demand forecasts, and managing demand planning across the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will also include facilitating consensus forecasting meetings, ensuring system integration and optimization, and continuously improving demand planning processes and system configurations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain statistical forecasting models within SAP APO. - Generate accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business inputs. - Manage demand planning across the product lifecycle, from introduction to discontinuation. - Facilitate consensus forecasting meetings with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain. - Analyze forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement. - Ensure seamless integration of SAP APO with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and external systems. - Continuously improve demand planning processes and system configurations. - Possess advanced knowledge of SAP APO (Demand Planning module). - Have familiarity with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and integration points. - Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Qualification Required: - SAP APO certification. - Experience in lifecycle planning and event-based forecasting. - Knowledge of supply chain management best practices.,
