Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the school in alignment with CBSE policies, ensuring academic excellence and discipline.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor teachers to maintain high educational standards.
• Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and compliance with CBSE norms.
• Plan academic schedules, school events, and co-curricular activities.
• Maintain student discipline, safety, and an inclusive learning environment.
• Conduct teacher appraisals, training, and professional development sessions.
• Liaise effectively with parents, staff, and management to ensure smooth school functioning.
• Manage administrative and financial operations of the school responsibly.
• Promote innovative teaching methodologies and technology integration.
• Ensure all CBSE documentation, inspections, and affiliation requirements are met.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• In-depth understanding of CBSE systems, curriculum, and academic operations.

Benefits:

• Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Qualification: Master’s Degree + B.Ed.

Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of teaching and school administrative experience (CBSE background preferred)
Gender: Male / Female candidates (must be willing to relocate)
