Job Description

Role Overview: As an Expert Business Analyst at Takeda, you will play a crucial role in the digital transformation journey by gathering, analyzing, and documenting software specifications. You will be responsible for advising less experienced analysts in effectively analyzing complex end-to-end business processes and eliciting business requirements. Additionally, you will actively participate in creating analysis standards at Takeda and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document software specifications - Advise less experienced analysts in analyzing complex business processes and eliciting requirements - Act as the main analyst for a dedicated area, handling complex cross-product changes and issues - Consult with business stakeholders on complex changes, projects, or programs - Collaborate with development, product/platform owners, QA, and others on a daily basis - Represent the Analysis Chapter as a role model and advocate of the Business Analyst role Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field - 6+ years of experience in business analysis/business architecture - Certified Business Analyst - Strong training/mentor/leadership skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in Lean/Agile development environment Additional Details: Takeda is committed to creating an inclusive and collaborative workplace where individuals are valued for their backgrounds and abilities.
