As a Business Analyst with an MBA qualification and 6-12 years of experience in the Banking and Finance domain, your role will primarily involve implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications at large Banks. You should have expertise in utilizing applications such as Oracle or other EPM applications like Profitability, Fund Transfer Pricing, Balance sheet planning, GL Recon, or ERM applications such as Basel Regulatory capital, Credit Risk, Market Risk, ALM, Liquidity risk, Economic Capital, Operational Risk, among others. If you lack adequate experience with OFSAA Product, preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in SAS, Actimize, etc. Your preferred profile includes possessing strong customer interaction skills and the capability to evaluate a clients IT processes and strategies. Additionally, you should be able to guide clients through integrating OFSAA ERM / EPM solutions into their operational environment. Experience in implementing OFSAA solutions in Tier1 and Tier2 Financial institutions, along with the ability to comprehend the product and collaborate with technical consultants, is essential. Exposure to the BFSI domain, particularly the compliance department, is also valued. Moreover, excellent English written and oral communication skills are crucial. You must be able to effectively communicate functionality and requirements to clients and colleagues at various organizational levels, from engineering staff to senior executive management. Key Responsibilities: - Provide functional inputs and collaborate closely with Technical and other project team members to successfully deploy OFSAA products. - Conduct user workshops and provide functional trainings. - Understand client requirements and prepare a gap analysis document. - Create a functional design document for implementation, including customization. - Support user testing. - Adopt and contribute to OFSAA ERM / EPM best practice methodologies for knowledge dissemination within the OFSAA Delivery organization. - Possess an understanding of system security principles, particularly regarding user authorization and authentication methods and technologies. Your career level is identified as IC3.
