Job Description

Role Overview: The service hub Regulatory team offers administrative services globally This position is responsible for the management of the ticket resolution and helping the Manager for the administrative/reporting task of the Regulatory team based in Pune India. This position will report directly to the SERVICE HUB Regulatory Manger. Responsibilities: This role is responsible for training and supervising staff, evaluating the training assessment. Closely monitoring the pending requests and provide support for early resolution. Achieve SLA, increase NPS Scores & First Pass Yield and reduce AHT. All adhoc request needs to be reviewed and attended within the timeline. Manage for process updates and process document maintenance for ticketing requests. Span of control: 5-8 indirect reporting (doted line reporting) Location: Pune, India Education: Related degree level education required.; Licenses/ Certifications: NA Experience: Five or more years of regulatory or customer service experience Competences: Treat people sincerely and act professionally; Good communication and interpersonal skill. Skills and experience in handling issues; Strong skills in Microsoft excel. Knowledge and experience with Windchill, Rimsys & Syndigo is plus. Sense of efficiency, urgency and priority. Ability to work effectively in a cross functional and cross business environment. Five years or more related industry (e.g. lifescience) and team leader experience preferred. Native level English proficiency, both written and verbal. Computer literate.
