Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal ASIC Digital Design Engineer to join our team at Synopsys (India) Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design engineering, particularly in IP development.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement digital designs for complex ASICs, focusing on IP development.
Lead a team of engineers in designing and developing digital circuits and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Perform thorough verification and validation of designed circuits and systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Participate in the development of new methodologies and standards for digital design engineering.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of digital design principles, including logic synthesis, microarchitecture, and system integration.
Experience with IP development, including design, verification, and validation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team of engineers.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of industry-standard tools and technologies, such as Verilog, SystemVerilog, and CAD tools.
