To build strong client relationships through Investor Awareness Programs (IAPs), public engagement, and effective communication — promoting the organization’s core values of Sukh, Shanti, Samruddhi (Happiness, Peace, Prosperity). Key ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction & Relationship Building Reach out to potential clients to introduce IAPs. Engage with clients before, during, and after sessions. Collect feedback and leads for the advisory team. Maintain and update client data in the CRM system. Public Relations & Communication Represent the firm at events, exhibitions, and seminars. Communicate brand values and financial awareness messages. Prepare and distribute invitations and promotional materials. Support social media, newsletters, and marketing communication. Event Support & Coordination Coordinate venue, registration, and logistics for IAPs. Assist in planning and executing client engagement events. Ensure a smooth experience for clients during sessions. Reporting & Documentation Maintain attendance and participation records. Prepare weekly reports on outreach and engagement outcomes. Assist management in evaluating IAP impact.
