Job Overview:As a Project Manager at Prime Apps, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of client projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will leverage your project management expertise to guide and mentor team members, mitigate risks, and ensure a smooth project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to closure.Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of quality solutions.Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and manage expectations.Identify and manage project risks and issues, proposing solutions and adjusting plans as necessary.Coordinate with development, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure all project deliverables meet specifications.Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and costs are controlled.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment for the project team.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest level of client satisfaction.Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 1 year of experience in project management within IT development, consulting, or software engineering.Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.Proven experience managing client-facing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why Join Prime Apps? 5 Days working No sandwich leave deduction Leave encashment Work with a dynamic team on cutting-edge technologies.
