Role Overview: We are looking for passionate, child-centered, and dynamic Primary School Teachers who can nurture young minds and guide them through their foundational years of education with care, creativity, and a spirit of exploration. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in core subjects (English, Math, EVS) aligned with the school’s experiential and nature-integrated curriculum. Foster a positive, inclusive, and emotionally safe classroom environment. Integrate outdoor learning experiences such as nature walks, open-sky labs, and activity-based learning. Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and ethical values among students. Collaborate with fellow educators for interdisciplinary teaching and school events. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents. Participate in school programs such as meditation, camping, stargazing, and creative activities. Attend and contribute to regular training, workshops, and team meetings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent. Strong command over English and Gujarati (bilingual proficiency is a plus). Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience as TGT in a primary classroom; freshers with passion and training are welcome for the Pre-Primary Section. Enthusiastic about alternative education, nature-based learning, and student-centric approaches. Empathetic, skilled, patient, and innovative teaching style.
